At Alegria, the traditional meets the modern in a nuanced and sophisticated approach to fusion. Alegria’s menu is primarily inspired by Latin cuisine, mixed with a dash of modern Asian flavors and informed by an arsenal of traditional European techniques.

While Alegria derives inspiration from global influences, the flavor and texture is undeniably local. We celebrate the Filipino culture of savoring each meal with good company. Our kitchen reimagines local ingredients and introduces new ways of enjoying them. We’re not even going to try doing traditional Latin food because you can’t get the same ingredients they use. What we’re doing here is get the soul of the dishes and present them using our own style of cooking that fits the Filipino palate.
